Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to patients with PTSD and behavioral health conditions
- Assist in patient care activities, including monitoring vital signs and administering medication as directed
- Implement crisis management techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of patients
- Collect and record data on patient behaviors and responses to treatment interventions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Support patients in developing coping strategies and skills through applied behavior analysis techniques
Skills:
- Proficient in providing care for patients with PTSD and behavioral health conditions
- Strong knowledge of crisis management techniques and ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
- Excellent data collection and documentation skills, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
