Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold a high school diploma (2 year associate degree preferred).
- Have experience working with school-aged students, preferably those with special needs.
- Candidates must be team players, strong communicators, and be able to provide academic and behavioral supports.
- The successful candidate must be physically able to complete the demands of restraint training. CPR, First Aid, MAT and restraint training.
- The candidate must be able to complete an extensive background check and pass a paraprofessional exam.
