At Autonomous Behavior Solutions, you'll have the opportunity to provide 1:1 ABA intervention strategies, supporting individuals diagnosed with Autism and related disorders. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a crucial role in implementing Behavior Intervention Plans designed by our board-certified behavior analysts and clinical supervisors.

Your responsibilities will include collecting, reporting, and maintaining accurate data on client progress, ensuring that you're making a real difference in their development.

Provide 1:1 ABA intervention strategies to support individuals diagnosed with Autism and related disorders. At Autonomous Behavior Solutions, the behavior Therapist will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans created by board-certified behavior analysts and clinical supervisors.
- Ensuring client and family are supported in meeting all aspects of the behavioral program.
- Implement goals to help support the child reach their fullest potential.
- Collect, report, and maintain data on the client's progress.
- Receive direction and provide feedback to the clinical team to help support the client's growth and development.
- Participate in ongoing training
Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
- Bachelor's Degree and educational coursework completed in Child Development, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be available at least 15- 20 hours per-week.
- Must live near or around the Long Beach, South Bay, or surrounding LA County Metropolitan Area.
- Enthusiastic team members with a desire to support and guide children and families.
- A minimum of 1 year working with children with special needs is preferred.
- Willingness to join a growing company with vast growth potential.
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Must pass TB test.
- Must pass criminal background check/fingerprinting clearance
- Maintain physical condition necessary for walking, standing, and sitting for prolonged periods of time; may be required to push, pull, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., carry, reach, and stop
Salary
$19 - $24 per hour
