Behavioral Technician

Responsibilities:

Behavioral:

• Work with clients, ages 4 to 21 years, and their families in their home environment, community, school settings, and at times remotely (telehealth)
• Collaborate with treatment team members and care partners to help clients grow
• Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance
• Record session data to reflect client progress toward goals using EHR platform
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress
• Adhere to ethical standards

Tech:

• Build software tools that make life easier for both clients and providers
• Turn data into meaningful insights that fuel progress
• Design user-friendly and accessible solutions for diverse needs
• Continuously improve and upgrade your software creations

You're a fit if:

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Computer Science, or related field.
• You have hands-on experience as a Behavioral Technician.
• You have experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Google Cloud Platform, Apple, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• You have strong skills in software development, including proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving are your jam.
• You're passionate about using technology to make a positive impact.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Negative TB test
• Background Check

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
