```Duties```
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one behavior therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
- Support clients in achieving their goals and increasing independence in activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with crisis intervention as needed

- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with autism
- Ability to follow care plans and implement interventions effectively
Note: Experience working with individuals with autism or in a similar field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
