Holly Ridge Center, a non-profit neurodevelopment agency in Bremerton, WA, is seeking a Behavior Technician - Registered. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of Infant Toddler Program professionals, providing early intervention services to children from ages birth to three years old.
Job Summary: The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional practicing under the close, ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services for children ages birth to three years old, who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Provides individualized services for assigned children ages birth to three years old, within a medical and educational model. Services are provided using an interdisciplinary, family-centered, and culturally diverse approach.
Education, Training, and/or Work Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or
university in related field preferred
• Infant/toddler training and/or experience required
Required Licenses or Certifications:
• Current RBT credential or ability and willingness to obtain within first 45 days of employment)
• In good standing with the BACB
• Valid state-issued driver license, reliable transportation, and proof of required personal
automobile liability insurance
• Valid Washington State Food Worker Card (within first 60 days of employment)
• Current approved CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (within first 90 days of employment)
Full benefits package includes: 22 PTO days in 1st year + 11 paid holidays I Medical = 95% company-paid | Dental, Vision, Group Life/ADD, STD and LTD = 100% company-paid. Optional = FSA, Voluntary Life, Legal, 401(k) after one year unlimited 25% match on employee contributions.
