Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work directly with clients to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. This is done through hands-on therapy utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis in our clinics, as well as the homes and schools of our clients!

How do we support our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)?
- Quality mentoring – consistent supervision from your direct supervisor, a Master's level clinician (BCBA or BAA)
- A three week training period to prepare staff before going into the field
- We provide full time schedules with consistent hours and predictability
- Our hour of operation are set in way that means not working late nights or weekends
- A Senior RBT program to challenge your skills and offer professional development
- Promotion opportunities for the Lead RBT (higher rates) and Senior RBT (salaried) positions
- We provide supervision as part of employment to our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are BCBA candidates
What does the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role look like?
- Working one on one with clients helping them learn to communicate, socialize, and live independently in their homes/schools/communities.
- Collecting data to track the clients progress on goals within their treatment plan
- Working as part of a team that collaborates to help clients grow and master goals

What are the qualifications?
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (preferred) or...
- 1 year of experience practicing ABA (preferred) or...
- 2 years of experience working with individuals with higher needs in a professional/clinical setting (preferred)
