Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized one-on-one therapy to children with autism in home and community settings.
- Collaborate with a team and provide progress feedback to the Program Supervisor (BCBA).
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect relevant data.
- Teach essential skills such as communication, behavior, self-help, and social interaction.
- Previous experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Consistency, reliability, and a genuine love for working with kids are essential.
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing trainings.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, car insurance, and a smartphone.
