staff members must possess the following:
No criminal history as evidenced by clear criminal background check and fingerprint clearance
Have a dependable vehicle
Possess current CPR certification
Show proof of a negative TB test (last test within one year); and submit proof of immunity or immunization to rubella, rubeola, varicella, measles, and pertussis. Last pertussis vaccination must have been completed within the last 10 years.

Under the direct supervision of the BCBA, the Behavior Consultant oversees the implementation and maintenance of client programs; conducts parent and therapist meetings; conducts paraprofessional competencies and field evaluations as directed; supervises lead therapists and paraprofessional as directed; assists BCBA with the creation and implementation of treatment protocols and behavior support plans; maintains accurate client files and records; and assists in the development of teaching and training materials as needed.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Minimum of three years’ experience implementing behavioral intervention programs to individuals within their home, school, or clinical setting.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts are preferred
