About Us: Low Road Brewing is a community-focused craft brewery located in Hammond, Louisiana. We are dedicated to creating exceptional craft beers and providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a part-time beertender and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service and quality beverages.

Job Description:

As a part-time beertender at Low Road Brewing, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional guest experience. While prior bartending experience is not required, a passion for craft beer and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, fun environment are a must. You'll be responsible for serving our craft beers, engaging with customers, and ensuring they have a memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Serve a variety of craft beers with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Keep the bar area clean and well-maintained.
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow all applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• A passion for craft beer and a desire to share that passion with others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a dynamic, customer-focused setting.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide Louisiana Responsible Server Card within 30 days of hire.
• Prior bartending experience is a plus but not required.
