Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within your assigned region. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the beer industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with customers
- Provide regular updates on account activities, sales forecasts, and market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of success in technology sales or related industry
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Experience in warm calling and prospecting new business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage key accounts and drive revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
