Beauty Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a beauty retail environment
- Assist clients in selecting and purchasing beauty products based on their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on the benefits and features of various beauty products
- Offer personalized recommendations and advice on skincare, makeup, and haircare routines
- Perform makeup applications and provide beauty consultations to enhance clients' appearance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and inventory management
- Process transactions accurately using salon software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Utilize social media platforms to promote beauty products and engage with customers

Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish languages to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with salon software and POS systems is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions, calculating discounts, and managing inventory
