- Previous experience working in a retail or customer service environment
- Knowledge of beauty products, cosmetics, and skincare
- Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments and managing inventory
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
