Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer's purchasing journey. You'll be the first point of contact for all internet-related customer engagements, managing leads, utilizing CRM tools efficiently, and ensuring a seamless transition from online inquiries to in-dealership visits. Key Responsibilities:

- Inform and Guide: Offer initial product information, direct customers to the right dealership resources, and discuss preliminary financing options.
- Lead Management: Follow up with leads not ready to make an appointment or those who are a no-show, utilizing our CRM tracking system daily.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in development sessions, maintaining positive relationships across teams and with dealership management.
