Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Lead Management:
- Manage and follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate departments for further action.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments for customers with our sales and service departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and timely follow-ups.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest automotive products, features, and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate product information to customers and address any questions or concerns.
- CRM Utilization:
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage leads, and streamline communication processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry but not necessary. We will train.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Excellent computer skills is a must
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
