Service Bdc Representative

Jim Shorkey North Hills Toyota is in search of a BDC Service Representative to join our growing team! In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, scheduling appointments, monitoring and contacting leads, and acting as a first point of contact for customers.
If you are outgoing, enjoy speaking to people, and are highly organized, this is the job for you.
Responsibilities:

• You'll answer internet leads from manufacturer and third-party websites, answer phone calls from customers looking to schedule service for their vehicle and continue to reach out to your existing customer base through phone, text, and email daily.
• Scheduling and verifying appointments, then follow up phone calls
• Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
• Determining each customer's vehicle service needs and making appointments accordingly
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
• Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
• Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.

Schedule:
Schedule rotates very slightly. In general it will be Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm OR 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. It would be required to work every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (You would get a day off during the week)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Have a valid Driver's License with a clean MVR
• Pass a drug test and background check
• Possess phone skills for both employee and customer phone calls
• Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs.
• Be organized, alert, professional and courteous
• Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excelprogram
