- Develop individual intervention plans to serve the needs of each BHW client
- Provide support and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and in some cases the Clinical Supervisor (for cases that have a clinical supervisor and Clinical Manager)
- Attend regular supervisor meetings and conduct clinical case reviews with other supervisors
- Lead BHW's application of treatment philosophy in the field
- Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Develop progress reports detailing client achievement
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
- Conduct supervision, parent education and adaptive behavior treatment protocol modification based on assigned cases’ authorized treatment hours
- Responds to family/client/staff concerns in a timely manner, escalating when necessary
- BCBA certified and/or Licensed Behavior Analyst (based on state regulations)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working directly with children with autism
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience developing behavior goals and behavior-analytic intervention plans
- Previous experience as a Behavior Technician implementing ABA treatment plans

Starting Compensation DOE: $89,250-99,750
