Peak Potential Therapy is expanding its team of center-based Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Successful candidates will create an atmosphere where clients affected by developmental disorders can learn and excel to their greatest potential.
Job Description
- Certified and licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and Trainees
- Work in a fun and relaxed setting; enjoy coming to work every day
- Make a difference in a private practice where you work closely with the owner and other therapists to help develop the transdisciplinary team
- Have the freedom to develop treatment plans as you use your own professional judgment; no set curriculum, program requirements, nor clinical supervisor to tell you what you have to do.
- Applicant will be responsible for assessing, then developing, and maintaining Individual Behavior
Treatment Plans - Applicant will complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies, and other duties within the scope of practice of a BCBA following the BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics.
- Applicant should have a strong clinical background in administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language, play, and skill-based assessments (i.e. ABLLS), and implementing, and/or training others using individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula.
- Applicant will provide assistance to children with special needs (primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder ages 2-9 ) and their families to help them reach individual and family goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology
- Pupil Services Licensure through the Ohio Department of Education
- COBA Certification
- Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst. - Credentialed with at least one of the following health insurance companies: UnitedHealthcare, Anthem
- BCBS, Medical Mutual, Cigna, SummaCare
- Experience providing services to individuals with Autism.
- Clear BCI & FBI background check
- BLS or CPR certification

- Ability to handle a primarily center-based caseload at therapy center in Northfield, OH
