Holyoke Community College invites applications for a Basketball Coach for the Summer Youth Program in the Division of Business & Community Services.Responsible for all aspects of coaching the BCS Summer Youth Program for youths age 8-17. Works in conjunction with the Coordinator for Non Credit and the Director of Athletics. Responsibilities:- Conducts and coaches daily for the duration of the Youth Program.
Recruits assistants based on enrollment and performs necessary administrative duties to help prepare, conduct and evaluate the program.
REQUIRED:
Coaching experience in the required sport at the college or high school level; college graduate preferred; Demonstrate sound knowledge of the game; ability to teach fundamental skills and work within an organized framework; Ability to represent the educational goals and philosophy of Holyoke Community College.Part-Time, Non-Benefited position
