Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving beverages to customers
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age of customers
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Ability to handle food safely, including knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
