Bartender/Server

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Your expertise in mixology and your ability to create delicious cocktails will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage pairings
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and promote specials
- Experience in catering or food service is a plus
- Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling purposes
- Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines
- Proficient in operating a cash register
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
