Over the past 13+ years the owners of Burghers Brewing Co. have created a fun, equitable and fulfilling work environment by focusing on their employees needs first. All employees who are available to work 32 hours a week will receive healthcare at no cost to them after 90 days and 3 paid personal/sick days. We love having employee parties, and offer free after shift beers (21 or older) along with employee meals and much more!

Eligibility requirements for full-time employees or as followed. You must have open availability including evenings & weekends. Must have the ability to stand, walk and move throughout the entire shift including frequent bending.

SERVER SHIFT SUPERVISOR: We are looking for 2 opening & closing key holders. This is a server position with a little bit more responsibility. This person will be expected to open or close the restaurant, do reports and hold the service staff accountable. Opening shifts are 10am to 3 or 4pm. Closing shifts are 3 or 4pm to 9 or midnight. This position starts between $7.25 and $10 an hour and reviewed every 6 months.

SERVER/BARTENDER: We are looking to fill multiple full time and part time positions. Opening shifts start at 10am to 3 or 4 pm. Closing shifts start between 3 & 4pm to 9 to midnight depending on the day. Training pay is $10 + a tip out. After training, pay starts between $4-$7 and is reviewed every 6 months.
