YOT Bar & Kitchen, led by Proprietor Mike Linder, is a celebrated waterfront dining experience situated within the Lauderdale Marine Center. With nearly three decades of experience as a restaurateur, Mike's talent for creating exceptional dining experiences is evident at YOT. From sky to sea, his impressive background includes operating Jet Runway Café and Silver Lining Inflight Catering. YOT not only offers remarkable dining but also yacht provisioning and event production, elevating the experience even further. Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity.
- Engage with guests, providing friendly and knowledgeable service, and suggesting drink pairings.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring proper handling of glassware and equipment.
- Check identification and enforce age restrictions to ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests.
