Maiz Agua Sal (MAS) is the newest restaurant from ARDR Hospitality, a growing boutique hospitality group focused on exceptional food, beverages and genuine experiences. MAS is a modern Mexican scratch kitchen looking for fellow team members who share a passion for exceptional food, beverages and understands working hard, with heart and having fun on the job. We’re hiring immediately!

What you’ll do:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $3.50 - $5.00 /hour depending on experience + tips (gross payout ranges between $30-42 an hour)

Responsibilities/What You'll Do

• Share agave spirit knowledge and create well balanced cocktails
• Ensure guest satisfaction and flawless quality and presentation
• Consistently follow recipes, processes and procedures
• Handle cash

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years craft cocktail experience
• Spirit knowledge and desire to learn about agave spirits and share with customers
• Understanding of flavor profiles and the ability to create a well-balanced cocktail
• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
• An interest in training and developing future leaders
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
• Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
