Now Hiring: Bartender/Server
Join our vibrant team at Souvlaki where traditional Greek cuisine meets contemporary flair! We're seeking a skilled bartender who's passionate about mixology and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Bar Duties:
- Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails inspired by Greek culture and contemporary mixology trends.
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests at the bar, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and utensils.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage orders.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and adhere to all relevant regulations.
Server Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating as needed.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items.
- Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine, with a passion for exploring new recipes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and work well under pressure.
- Must be at least 21 years old to bartend and 18 years old to serve.
