```Duties:```
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation and delivery
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to handle food safely
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating sales, discounts, and tips is beneficial
- Hospitality mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences for customers
