```Duties:```
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries about food and beverages
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and courteous manner
- Monitor tables for customer satisfaction and respond promptly to any additional requests or needs
- Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
```Qualifications:```
- 2 years previous experience as a FULL SERVICE Restaurant Server or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of culinary terms, menu items, and alcoholic beverage offerings is a must
- Familiarity with Aloha POS is a bonus
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues
Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time, lifting trays of food or drinks, and working in a fast-paced environment.
