Aloha! Are you looking to be a part of something different? Come join our ‘ohana in our coffee shop located in downtown Phoenix's CityScape. As part of our ‘ohana, your main responsibility will be to provide a badass experience to our customers.

Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii is a premium coffee, tea, and food franchise that serves superior Hawaiian & international coffees with a kick, blended drinks, teas, and branded merchandise with exceptional service. Founded on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1989, our stores provide an inspiring exploration of Hawaiian products, décor and unique atmosphere that allows you to relax, enjoy and be yourself. We deliver the Aloha Spirit and fuel your inner Bad Ass every day.

Core Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Deliver the Aloha spirit in each customer and team interaction
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages; such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
• Champion menu items to customers; provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions
• Cashier duties including processing customer payments
• Maintain a sanitary environment by cleaning and sanitizing all work and service areas, utensils, and equipment
• Ensure proper functioning of all equipment and adequate stock of supplies and retail products
• Practice quality service and safety standards; comply with all procedures, rules and regulations
• Be a team player; good communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Able to work on your feet for up to 8-hour shifts and lift objects regularly
• Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; Food Safety Certificate a plus
• Able to work in our store located in CityScape Phoenix
• A love for coffee!

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
