Responsibilities:
- Taking orders and ensuring accuracy in food and drink requests.
- Mastering the art of preparing specialty beverages, such as Boba tea, coffee, mocktails, and smoothies.
- Handling customer complaints with tact and diplomacy to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the restaurant industry and its vibrant culture.
