Summary of Experience:

No previous experience is necessary. We are happy to train you to meet and exceed our expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible working hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Flexible in working at multiple locations - as needed.
• Meet store operational policies and standards; provides quality drinks and products, cash handling, and store safety.
• Successfully creates a customer connection. Discovers and responds to customer needs through clear, patient, and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverage to standard, or accommodate guest product temperature, packaging, presentation, or substitutes.
• Able to perform a multitude of different tasks within the store during shift

Required Knowledge:

• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions, and request clarification if needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Ability to build relationships with team and guests

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.13 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
