As our Bar Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. From managing the staff to overseeing marketing efforts, you'll be at the heart of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of our establishment, including staff supervision and scheduling
- Recruit, train, and mentor our team to deliver top-notch service
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business and enhance our brand presence
- Oversee social media channels to engage with our audience and promote special events
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create beverage menus that cater to our guests' preferences
- Ensure compliance with company, local, state, and federal regulations regarding safety, hygiene, and alcohol service
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to maintain adequate stock
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where teamwork and professionalism thrive
- Meet financial objectives through effective budgeting and revenue management

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
