Bar Manager

The Horseshoe Lounge is looking for a happy and experienced Bar Manager.

We are a fast-paced, casual, neighborhood bar focused on making each customer into a regular guest. We believe in working hard as a team while having fun and having time off to enjoy life outside of work.

• Knowledge of how and when to take care of yourself and the responsibility to do so;
• A champion of people and dogs.

Standard responsibilities include cost control, ordering, maintaining a clean, streamlined bar area, and staffing.

Our new Bar Manager will get to choose their schedule with the expectation of working 3 bars shifts + an admin shift. (2 days off per week, preferably consecutively.)

32 to 35 hours per week.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
