* Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas.
* Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping team members to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and service.
* Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet our cleanliness and quality standards.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
* Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
* Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency in cleaning standards.
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating housekeeping staff to meet guest demands, including weekends and holidays.
