Responsibilities:
- Set up tables and banquet hall before the event
- Assist with food preparation before and during the event
- Serve appetizers and plated dinners to guests
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the banquet hall in a timely manner
- Serve and refill alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, if alcoholic, please provide proof of bartending licence
- Assist with post-event clean up, inventory, food storage, and tear down
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
