Bank Teller

Bank Teller-Full Time

Millbury National Bank is seeking a part-time/full time teller with hours Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings. Must be available to work as early as 7:00am and as late as 4:30pm and until 6:15pm on Fridays. The teller's primary focus is going to be providing excellent customer service, conducting customers transactions, and account for all cash and instruments assigned.

Position Summary:

• Provides efficient, effective and courteous customer service. Performs a variety of transactions to service the customer.
• Maintains effective knowledge of Bank's products and services.
• Ensures the accuracy of activities. Balances transactions and cash at the end of the day and participates in the branch settlement.
• Ensures that transactions are processed and the proper documentation is completed within established time frames.
• Actively cross-sells Bank's products and services. Refers sales opportunities to other departments or bank affiliates in support of established objectives.
• Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed security and regulatory guidelines. Ensures full compliance with the Bank's Information Security Policies and Procedures

Employment subject to credit approval. Must be 18 years old.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Cash handling: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
