Provide excellent customer service to customers regarding daily transactions, addressing inquiries, and problem resolution, in accordance with Mechanics Cooperative Bank’s policies. Responsible for identifying cross-sell opportunities and making appropriate referrals. This position requires opening, closing, Saturday shifts and assisting at our other locations, as needed.
