We started our banking operation from our main branch in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and have continued to expand our geographic footprints rapidly. Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller. As a Bank Teller, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting with various banking operations, such as handling deposits and withdrawals in an accurate and timely manner. Keeps record of money involved in all financial transactions handled and reconciles cash drawers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for finance.

Duties:

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Handle cash and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Assist customers with account inquiries, providing information on products and services
• Upsell bank products and services to meet customer needs
• Maintain customer relationship management by building rapport and addressing customer concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
• Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures

Skills:

• Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Experience in cash handling within a bank or financial institution setting
• Strong customer relationship management skills to provide exceptional service
• Ability to upsell bank products and services to meet customer needs
• Previous experience in financial sales is a plus

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous teller experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent team-player
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
