Operations Department Employee
Peoples Independent Bank (PIB) is seeking someone for a position in the Operations Department. This employee works with others in balancing accounts, sending wires, research, debit cards, return items, Online Banking, etc. for all PIB offices. They provide support and ensure that the Bank Operations run smoothly. The Operations Department Employee works closely with other members of the Operations Department to fulfill the responsibilities of the department.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job
The duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Initiating and Verifying Wires
- Online Banking enrolling, approving batches, mobile deposits, etc.
- Possible assistance with Cash Management and Remote Deposit Capture
- Responding in a timely manner to requests from other Offices.
- Answering phone calls and providing support to customers and employees
- Balancing internal accounts
- Processing transactions
- Working with your Operations Team to resolve issues.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
A formal degree is not required but experience is a plus. On-the-job training will be required.
