```Duties```

As a Bakery Manager/ cake decorator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Your role will involve managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Some of your key duties will include:

- Leading and managing a team of employees

- Ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards

- Managing inventory and ordering supplies

- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

- Conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team

- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food service industry

- Experience in social Media, a plus

- Ability to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members

- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues as they arise

- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food service management principles

- Ability to cook and prepare food when the need arise

- Attention to detail and creativity skills to create high-qualty cakes and desserts

- Accurate measurements, proper mixing techniques, understanding your oven, perfect timing, and patient cooling

- Financial Management skills
