This begins with supporting the team-training, motivating, and engaging them-to ensure the store is always immaculately presented and clean.
The Store Manager ensures safety in the grooming salon and that housekeeping is carried out to the highest standards. In addition, they help to create a place where people want to come to work and stay. Woof Gang Bakery is all about connection. Store Manager Responsibilities
· The Store Manager will seek ways to better promote the store, product line, and grooming services.
· They Store Manager is responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels, implementing purchase plans, and maintaining contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
· The Store Manager manages all controllable costs to ensure profitability.
· The Store Manager supervises and assists employees, such as sales associates, in pet parent service, store maintenance, and product promotion.
· The Store Manager develops and maintains a schedule for employees and promotions centered on holiday sales and other cycles.
· The Store Manager hires and trains new and existing employees to provide outstanding pet parent services.
· The Store Manager is a role model for all employees concerning store operations standards and procedures, leading teams to deliver quality pet parent service and a great working environment.
· The Store Manager fields complaints and manages staff and customer satisfaction levels.
· The Store Manager places pet parents' orders and weekly orders
· The Store Manager locates merchandise for customers and places orders where necessary
Previous experience in the Pet Retail industry is preferred.
