Job Description
Colossal Cafe is hiring a lead pastry chef to manage and work with our team of three bakers, continue our regular pastry offerings and expand our menu and options monthly and seasonally.
We are a small but mighty high-production bakery operation that supports our restaurant as well as whole sale accounts.
Hours are day time hours and day are negotiable.
Duties include but are not limited to:
*creating daily, monthly and seasonal pastry menus and items
*managing our team of 3 other bakers
*participating in hiring process for any new bakers
*recipe development and costing *f
*following daily production pars and existing Colossal recipes
We are known for our made from scratch kitchen and our daily offerings include house made croissants, cinnamon rolls, buttermilk biscuits, scones, macarons and more.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years pastry experience.
Management experience preferred but not required.
