Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of bakery items, including mixing ingredients, operating machinery, and monitoring baking processes.
- Package finished products and ensure they are properly labeled and stored.
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
