We are looking for a dedicated production baker to join our team at Lisbonata, where we specialize in crafting exquisite Pasteis de Nata - Portuguese Custard Tarts. As a small but thriving operation working in a shared kitchen space, we're seeking a team player who can bring their expertise to our close-knit group specifically for production. Qualifications
- Previous experience (min. 1 year) as a pastry chef&baker, with a focus on laminated dough techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, small-team environment in a shared kitchen space.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a new and dynamic business setting.
- A keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining high standards
- Passion for creating delightful pastry experiences for our customers.
- Great communicator and collaborative personality.
- Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday, starting early mornings. (Wednesday-Friday from 8 am till 4 pm, Saturday-Sunday from 6 am till 2 pm) - This can be rearranged.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the US.
As we specialize in crafting only one product daily, the ideal candidate responsibilities include:
- Planning the weekly production schedule.
- Preparing the dough and performing lamination for finishing.
- Preparing custard fillings and other accompanying components.

Physical Requirements:
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time [over 7,5 hours]
- Be able to lift and carry 50 pounds steadily
