We're disrupting the antiquated healthcare credentialing sector within the Background Check industry using our cutting-edge proprietary technology powered by automation, machine learning, and data. As part of our dynamic CSR team, you'll be responsible for processing screenings across various categories including identity, criminal history, employment verification, education, licenses/certificates, and occupational health. Responsibilities include engaging with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and accurate process, coordinating with vendors for timely information retrieval, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in background checks or related startup industries, along with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments. While familiarity with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is preferred, it's not required. Join our team and be part of something impactful!
