New restaurant by acclaimed 3 Michelin starred Chef opening soon. Looking for positive minded hospitality professionals at the top of their game. Back Server is a role that focuses on general maintenance of the dining room, tablescape, and general service of food and beverage- including coffee and tea service, as a front-of-house support role. Back Servers are responsible for maintaining server stations as clean and well-stocked areas, polishing and supplying silverware, and providing general support for guests’ needs as they arise. RESPONSIBILITIES, SKILLS, & REQUIREMENTS
- Support service team with ongoing table and floor maintenance, including, but
- not limited to: water service, clearing and cleaning tables and resetting tables
- with proper tableware.
- Take the lead in maintenance of all wares required for service
- Stocking and maintenance of server stations
- Maintenance of coffee station
- Receive instruction from multiple sources and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests before, during, and after service.
- Have ability to recite basic menu knowledge and run food to tables if needed.
- Stocking, organizing and preparing service related items.
- Other general maintenance and food service tasks as assigned
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience in an elevated environment.
- Must possess exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback.
- Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing
- environment.
Physical Demands
- The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching,
- lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 5 to 10 hours, bending, and moving
- intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be
- accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Back Server or other comparable position, preferably in
- a fine dining restaurant
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with grace and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
