### Duties: - Assist with meal preparation and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment. - Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality and portion control. - Handle and prepare food in accordance with food safety guidelines. - Assist with menu planning and development. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Collaborate with the front of House Team to ensure smooth operations. - Help with inventory management and stock rotation. ### Experience: - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a kitchen or catering setting. - Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills. - Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
