The role:

At Happy + Hale, we have a team of tight knit crew members that work together like a family. We believe that you should enjoy the job you are doing, as well as the people you do it with.

As a BOH crew member, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Prepping - We are a very prep-intensive restaurant, including but not limited to:
• Making dressings
• Cutting and cooking of veggies
• Ability to follow recipe Guides is a MUST!
• Fast paced environment, with an eye for quality
• Working Hard - We believe in what we do, so we work hard at it so we can be the best!
• Live the Core Values - Everything we do, we judge against our core values listed above. We believe that we are all in this together, and together we can provide the greatest dining experience for our guests!
• Having Fun - We like to have a good time, so positive vibes are a must!
