Job Title:Back-End Java Engineer
Location:Jersey City,NJ
Duration:6months
Rate:$65-79/hr on w2
Back-End Engineer Job Requirements:
Solid proficiency in Java SpringBoot and/or Kotlin need to be able to write Java or Kotlin syntax from memory during a coding test
2-5 years experience in the financial services domain
Experience with building RESTful APIs
Experience and expertise in AWS (APIs will be deployed to AWS)
Experience with No-SQL/Relational Databases
Experience with creating and testing application flow including application logic, databases, integrations, and APIs
Experience with advanced topics like asynchronous processing, background threads, and concurrency handling
Experience with analyzing bottlenecks and optimizing back-end services for performance
Experience with developing comprehensive unit and integration tests
