CDM Smith is looking for an excited intern to work with our procurement team! Job responsibilities will include: assisting with procurements for the award of subcontracts, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and purchase orders consistent with contractual terms and conditions as well as the firm's policies and procedures, assisting with the close-out of contracts, assisting with maintenance of procurement databases including certificates of insurance, vendor, file storage, close-out logs, government compliance databases and various other databases, coordinating with project and administrative staff to identify basic procurement and purchase order issues and escalates as necessary, assisting project management staff in the planning for required procurement/purchasing support in proposals and contracts and performing other duties as required.

If this position is subject to a background check for any convictions related to its responsibilities and requirements, employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history.
