Assists with procurements for the award of subcontracts, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and purchase orders consistent with contractual terms and conditions as well as the firm's policies and procedures. Assists with the close-out of contracts. Assists with maintenance of procurement databases including certificates of insurance, vendor, file storage, close-out logs, government compliance databases and various other databases. Coordinates with project and administrative staff to identify basic procurement and purchase order issues and escalates as necessary. Assists project management staff in the planning for required procurement/purchasing support in proposals and contracts. Performs other duties as required.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with varying levels of staff, as well as subcontractors and vendors. Ability to oversee multiple projects and comply with internally imposed deadlines.
Background Check and Drug Testing Information
CDM Smith Inc. and its divisions and subsidiaries (hereafter collectively referred to as "CDM Smith") reserves the right to require background checks including criminal, employment, education, licensure, etc. as well as credit and motor vehicle when applicable for certain positions.
